Bear's Hump Hike, Waterton Lakes National Park, Alberta

The Bear's Hump hike at Waterton is a popular walk, with good reason.  After a steep half hour climb you are rewarded with a stunning view overlooking the town.  Today was warm, 21 deg at 7 am, but with a brisk wind blowing, (presumably from the prairies) which was predicted to get stronger, and also warmer, as the day progressed.

Made it!  (Photo by Richard)

After posing for the above photo, I felt I was much safer sitting down as the wind was gusting so strongly.  Then I took this photo of the township.
