Bald Eagles, Haines, Alaska

Once I started looking, the bald eagles didn't seem so hard to spot.  Sometimes they were just little dots soaring way, way up in the sky, and others they were perched in tall trees, keeping an eye out for likely food.   Evidently they can spot prey half a kilometer away.

These two look as if they are arguing, but actually they were calling out.  What for, I couldn't establish, but they were definitely a united pair.

This one was on it's own.
