Penguins, Kelly Tarlton's Aquarium, Auckland

It has been many years (donkey's years, as my mum used to say!) since I last visited Kelly Tarlton's Aquarium in Auckland.  There were many interesting creatures to see but the penguins had to be my favourite.

King Penguins - I love the way the middle one has his flippers (arms) out around the other two.

Gentoo Penguin - These are smaller than the king penguins but seemed to be more active when I was there.  Look at those feet.
