Mexican Sunflower, Terrace, B.C.

I was having to pass some time while Richard was taking a work-related phone call, so I wandered off with my camera to see what I would find.  This flower, Mexican sunflower I think, was growing wild, and even though other flowers around it had wilted in the heat and dry weather, this one was still standing proud.  I particularly like the background in this photo.
