Flat White, The Copper Eagle, Greenwood, Southern British Columbia

I have had limited success getting a flat white (or similar) to drink in Canada.  But I am happy to report that the lovely lady at The Copper Eagle, Greenwood can now make a perfect one. (After a short discussion about what was required, she brewed up the best yet.)   She also makes a scrummy lemon and cranberry muffin.  Check out her car parked outside.
