Oakridge Covered Bridge, Oregon

Covered bridges are a new concept for us.  This one was built in 1945 and I think the idea is to keep ice off the bridge in winter, making it safer.

So this is the covered bridge

And this is looking out the window of the covered bridge and seeing the rail bridge.
