Mt St Helens Wildflowers

The wildflowers at Mount St Helens were fantastic.  They made up for the fact that the low cloud, mist, and intermittent showers meant that we didn't actually see the mountain itself.  We did have a great time walking the trails and seeing the wildflowers.  We could see down into the valley below the visitors centre, but not the peak with all one side missing when the mountain erupted in May 1980.
