There have been goats grazing on the sod roof of the Old Country Market shop in Coombs for the last thirty years and they are now quite a tourist attraction. They were a challenge to photograph, (hiding out of sight, the sun coming from the wrong direction, too much traffic for me to stand in the middle of the road etc.) so these aren't great photos, but you can get the idea.

The sod roof is obviously watered, as the grass is very green.
