Little India, Singapore

Little India is a feast for the senses.  Bold, bright colours to look at, different languages and music to listen to, lots of smells, some delicious, some less so, and some unpleasant.  We tasted a few of the traditional Indian dishes and drinks and left feeling amazed at the contrast with the modern Singapore shopping malls.

The main street in Little India.

I was a little distance away and had to react fast to catch is shot.

The rest of this amazing temple was hidden by a wall and trees, so this was just a teaser.

I loved this colourful building.

Putting out the recycling.
