Dunster, Somerset, England

Driving rain and a very busy motorway made this morning's drive less than ideal, so this afternoon when the rain had stopped we were happy to spend time exploring the medieval village and castle of Dunster.

The origins of Dunster Castle go back over 1,000 years.

Some beautiful dahlias in a garden in the village.

The building on the right is a Yarn Market, octagonal in shape and dating back to the 1600's.
