Metallic Starling, Coff's Harbour, NSW

This beautiful bird posed for me and seemed unconcerned when I took it's photo.  From my book on Australian birds I have identified it as a Metallic Starling, but it seems a long way south of it's normal range.  The large, red eye is quite distinctive and helped in identification.
