White-winged Fairywren, South Australia

I have seen other fairywrens before but this was the first time I had seen the white-winged variety,
They inhabit drier areas of many Australia states and the male's white wings make them very distinctive.  These two were fairly tame, and if I was careful I got within a couple of meters of them.
I find fairywrens quite cheerful little birds that never fail to make me smile.

Male White-winged Fairywren - just love that blue!

Female white-winged Fairywren
