Napier Foreshore Garden

When I think of Napier and it's art deco buildings, I think of the words "newly painted", "well maintained", "colourful", and "well kept".  The foreshore gardens are a bit like that too.  I presume the red cross is remembering the ANZACs centenary at Gallipoli and very effective it is too.
