The Limestone Coast, South Australia

Canunda National Park is on The Limestone Coast of South Australia near the small town of Beachport.  (Naracoorte Caves, yesterday's blog, although 120 kilometers inland, are also part of this limestone area as the coastline used to be up by the caves millions of years ago.)  Temperatures are much cooler today, with the wind coming from the south, and cloudy all day.  Imagine how much bluer the sea would have been if it have been a blue sky.

Yes, that is the remnants of a ladder out there, but it can no longer by accessed.  The cliffs are very unstable with many areas which are undercut so I was very cautious about approaching the edge.
