Haymaking, North Canterbury

This image of haymaking was taken in North Canterbury, in January.  The drought had begun as you can see from the dry hills in the background, but it continued well after this.  I thought about removing that pesky telephone pole / aerial in photoshop, but decided to keep the landscape "honest".
