Brandywine Falls, near Whistler, British Columbia

The Brandywine Falls near Whistler plummet down a vertical lava cliff into a massive swirling plunge pool, creating a rainbow from the spray.  66 meters high, they were named in the early part of the 20th century to two railroad surveyors who made a wager on guessing the fall's height, with the winner to receive a bottle of brandywine.
