Mountain Daisy, Doubtful Sound, Fiordland

There are many daisy species in New Zealand (wildflowers).  I think the bulk of them in the South Island flowered in December, as we saw many seedheads, and flowers which were well past their best. This one was growing on the side of the road at Wilmot Pass, inbetween Lake Manapouri and Doubtful Sound.
