Kaikoura

Kaikoura (kai = food, koura = crayfish) but I think of it as "where the mountains meet the sea".

A fine but windy day.  Lots of whitecaps out to sea.  I'm glad I'm not out on a boat.

Lots of sea birds around.  This shag was metres away from the main street.
