Fig Tree, Ile des Pins, New Caledonia

I'm guessing this is a fig tree, but not sure exactly which one.  The beautiful buttressed roots are typical of fig trees.  This one was part of an avenue of them, and it was actually quite dark and spooky feeling underneath.  While I was adjusting my camera settings to take into account the low light, there was some rustling in the bushes which made me jump out of my skin, until I remembered that there are no dangerous animals on Ile des Pins.
