Palm Canyon, near Palm Springs

Palm Canyon was another great place to explore.  It was also nice and cool in the shade of the palms.  We did a loop walk and came back to the car park on a ridge.  It is obvious that 'water' is the key ingredient in the vegetation.  The palms grow where the springs are, and if there are enough springs with enough volume to actually make a stream, the palms will grown by the stream bed.
