Traditional Jacket, Baguio, Philippines

This gentleman in the park was delighted when I asked permission to take his photo, and proudly pulled out his identification tag from inside his shirt.  His colourful, woven jacket is a traditional item of dress, so I was told, although his was the only one I saw.
