Lamoille Canyon, Elko, Navada

Lamoille Canyon is a beautiful glacial valley, with the road ending at 8,800 ft.  The snowfall from the previous 24 hours enhanced the scenery even more.  We also walked for a couple of hours in the snow to a little alpine lake.  (I must buy a woollen hat!)
