| We were on foot when we suddenly noticed this bull moose about 15 m away. He seemed enormous! We backed away and luckily he crossed diagonally in front of us. |

| A beaver dam had blocked off the whole lake with the water level below the dam at least 30cm lower than the main lake. Unfortunately we didn't see any beavers. |
